Rabid Robots is a funny little shoot 'em up submitted for the Craptastic 4K Game Compo in 2018, run by Reset Magazine. The idea of the competition was to create and develop a C64 game, which after compression fits 4096 bytes or lower. This was the first of two entries that were submitted in the competition back in the day.

Playing the game

This is a simple little run around and shoot 'em up. Your task is to help your school boy fight the deadly robots. In order to do this, you have to use a water pistol. Also please be warned that the evil robots will also attempt to capture your pet dog.

You will have a limited number of robots to destroy before you move onto the next level. The further you progress into the game, the more tougher the game will become. Can you help your schoolboy save himself (and his pet pooch) from the torment of those rabid robots?

Very nice sprites!

SEUCK, SEUCK+?

No, definitely not SEUCK. SEUCK games are games built using the "Shoot Em Up Construction Kit". Besides SEUCK exceed 4K, if that game was made with SEUCK. ;)

My front page has also been categorized. So that all enhanced SEUCK games are placed in that category, whereas everything else is self-programmed or co-op with other C64 enthusiasts and of course is not made with the Shoot Em Up Construction Kit (SEUCK).

Thanks, I found the game category's, so I will be able to easily identify them!

BTW I gave your game ***** five stars!

Fun little game.
